About Scott M. Graffius
Scott M. Graffius, PMP, CSP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, LSSGB is a project management expert, consultant, international speaker, and author.
He is the CEO of Exceptional PPM and PMO Solutions™, a management consulting firm with expertise in project management. He has also been actively involved in the development of professional global standards. Scott was a contributor and reviewer of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge—Sixth Edition, a contributor and reviewer of The Standard for Program Management—Fourth Edition, a subject matter expert reviewer of content for the PMI Global Congress 2016, and a judge for the PMI 2015 Professional Education Provider of the Year Award. He is currently engaged as a subject matter expert reviewer of content for the PMI EMEA Congress 2019.

He presented "How to Deliver Your Projects with Faster ROI, Competitive Advantage, and Additional Benefits Using Agile Scrum" to a highly-engaged audience of project management professionals. This was Graffius' second talk at the chapter.
